I found Jess thru a Masthope Friends & Family Facebook site and gave her a call as she came highly recommended by people who'd used her in the recent past with great success. She promptly answered her phone and right away I knew she was an honest, very knowledgeable, hard working Realtor who would take good care of our home buying needs. My husband and I have our own real estate brokerage in the NYC metro/Hoboken area of Jersey so we set out to find the true best. Jess took the last 6 months getting to know us and exactly what we were looking for specifically, and she had the utmost patience with us, our two little rambunctious boys, and our wish list. When you set out to purchase a home, you generally have some idea of the process. Look at websites, set up search alerts, make some phone calls, take some tours. Easy, right? Even though we were not quite ready to pull the trigger when we started our search, Jessica treated us like we were her only client. She knew the ins and outs of the area where we were looking as well as the individual homes – why some would sell quickly, why some not so much. Home inventory is at record lows; demand at record highs, yet Jessica got us into the home of our dreams. From Jessica’s guidance on the community, to avoiding being outbid, she was incredible. Without doubt, we got our home based upon her ability to convince the seller that we were the right buyers – we were ready, had the resources and the flexibility to make sure we could close and she knew how to get the seller to choose us over other offers.
